SlideScope runs natively on macOS 14 or later, so you do not need a Windows PC or virtual machine for the vendor viewer. Choose the Apple Silicon or Intel download and copy the slide to local storage before opening it.
Confirm the whole file finished copying to local storage. If it still fails, contact support with the app version, file format and error message so we can investigate.
