A section scanned on a brightfield slide scanner arrives as Aperio SVS, the fluorescence work from the same project arrives as Zeiss CZI or Nikon ND2, and the figures being prepared for publication live as TIFF or OME-TIFF. SlideScope opens all of these in one desktop application:
SlideScope does not currently open Hamamatsu NDPI or 3DHISTECH MRXS slides. If your scanner writes those formats natively, export to TIFF or OME-TIFF first, or check the full format compatibility reference before committing a workflow to it.
